I sliced my apple thin so that it would cook in the cooking time. For each parcel I added a small pinch of sugar and a small pinch of cinnamon. I followed your method exactly and these turned out amazing!! I will definitely make these again. Thanks so much!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16862590910050750844noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5015030219140669520.post-42604550321267560632015-09-28T19:29:25.718+01:002015-09-28T19:29:25.718+01:00I didn't find mine too sharp at all, but I gue...I didn't find mine too sharp at all, but I guess it depends on the type of fruit you use. My mix had a lot of sweet strawberries in, but I suppose if it were currants you'd need sugar.Liz Burtonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05860282774080831783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5015030219140669520.post-63425670232975905132015-09-27T15:22:27.788+01:002015-09-27T15:22:27.788+01:00These turned out nicely, but sugar needs to be add...These turned out nicely, but sugar needs to be added! Add about a tablespoon when you are putting the filling onto the pastry. You're right about soft fruit out of season and even in season if you buy it fresh it seems to go off so quickly. xLiz Burtonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05860282774080831783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5015030219140669520.post-44264536435352460412013-07-24T17:28:22.534+01:002013-07-24T17:28:22.534+01:00These look scrumptious!
