Blog Birthday Giveaway with Toy Jeanius


One of my most recent proud blog moments, was being selected as a 'Toy Genius' along with fellow bloggers the Boy and Me; Brink of Bedlam; Jessie's Crazy Kitchen; Edspire and Choc Orange City Mum.

There are exciting times ahead for us as we trial and review some of the range of fabulous toys stocked by Toyjeanius.

I first came across the company on twitter - indeed Toyjeanius was one of the first companies I started following.  A family run online toy shop, as parents themselves they discovered how hard it can be finding the toys your children want at affordable prices. Their aim at Toyjeanius is to provide customers with great product choice, fantastic savings and excellent service.

Stocking a range of fantastic quality brands such as Brio; Haba; Djeco and I'm Toy the focus is on traditional play such as building, sorting and imaginative play.

I'm thrilled that Toyjeanius are supporting my blog birthday celebrations, and are offering a Haba building block set to one lucky reader.




The Torrino is one of many unique sets of building blocks from German toy company Haba, and is a perfect starter set. Each pretty block is made from beech wood and the vibrant colours are achieved with the use of non toxic stains and lacquers. Each Haba discovery block is a wooden toy in itself, and the sets can be combined with all other Haba block sets. Torrino contains 6 unusual blocks and the resulting tower has been likened to a fairy castle, princess tower or even an enormous cup cake with a cherry on the top!

This competition is open to UK entrants only. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received by 8pm Saturday 20th August 2011. The prize will be fulfilled by Toy Jeanius.
